พอดีว่าผมเปิดแอคเคาท์ tumblr ไว้นานแล้ว และเพิ่งเอามาใช้ในฐานะสมุดโน๊ต (ลองเข้าไปดูได้ที่ http://note.jirayu.info) ซึ่ง tumblr เนี่ย ผมก็บอกไม่ถูกว่าจะเรียกมันว่า micro-blog หรือเรียกว่า blog เต็มๆ ดีเหมือนกัน แต่เขาบอกว่าเขาเป็น micro-blog ก็ไมโครไปแล้วกัน
ความสามารถหนึ่งที่ tumblr มีให้เรา (twitter ไม่มีนะเออ) คือเราสามารถใช้โดเมนของเราเองกับแอคเคาท์ tumblr ของเราได้ (อย่างเช่นของผมใช้ note.jirayu.info) ซึ่งวิธีเซ็ตอัพนั้นง่ายมาก!
ไม่นานมานี้ ผมเขียนแนะนำ YOURLS และวิธีใช้ YOURLS กับ TweetDeck ไปหมาดๆ ซึ่งตอนนี้ผมค้นพบว่า เราสามารถใช้วิธีเดียวกัน ในการให้ Twitterfeed มาย่อ URL ผ่าน YOURLS ที่เราติดตั้งไว้ได้เช่นกัน
สำหรับคนที่ยังไม่รู้จัก Twitterfeed มันคือบริการที่ใช้สำหรับส่ง RSS Feed เข้าไปยังทวิตเตอร์ที่ระบุเอาไว้ครับ (ตอนหลังรองรับ StatusNet, Hellotxt และ Facebook เพิ่มขึ้นมาด้วย)
วิธีการไม่ต่างอะไรกับในโพสต์ก่อนเลยครับ มี URL Endpoint หน้าตาแบบเดียวกัน เอาล่ะ ไปดูกัน อ้อ สำหรับคนที่เข้ามาอ่าน ผมจะสมมุติว่าเราเพิ่ม feed เข้าไปใน twitterfeed เป็นกันหมดแล้วนะครับ
บางคนอาจจะเห็นจากในทวิตเตอร์แล้วบ้าง ว่าผมมีระบบย่อ URL ใช้เอง (URL ที่เป็น http://url.jirayu.info/xx) เคยมีคนถามผมอยู่บ้างเหมือนกันว่าทำอย่างไร คำตอบก็คือ สคริปท์สำเร็จรูปที่ชื่อว่า YOURLS ครับ
YOURLS ย่อมาจาก Your Own URL Shortener เป็นสคริปท์ php เล็กๆ ตัวหนึ่งที่เอาไว้สร้างระบบย่อ URL ในลักษณะเดียวกับ Bit.ly ครับ
I am both web developer and web designer. I need only 4 tools to complete my jobs. They are Notepad++, Adobe Photoshop, FileZilla, and all major browsers. (And my default is Opera!)
I don’t have any problem in coding (except finding how to use some functions). The thing that make me headache is about designing. The most headache problem I always encounter is “I don’t know how width and height the element (or space) is.”
My classic solutions to measure elements are Opera Dragonfly and Photoshop. But, sometimes it’s too slow. So, I am a hot-tempered designer! Opera Extensions save me from being boiled again. lol
My savior is OMeasure extension!
